Monday, April 1, 2024 – PT Dunia Virtual Online Tbk (AREA) officially listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with the trading code “AREA”. This company is the 20th issuer to be listed throughout 2024.
President Director of PT Dunia Virtual Online Tbk, Michael Alifen, said that through this IPO, AREA31 is committed to consistently maximizing services in the datacenter sector in Indonesia which continues to grow rapidly. AREA31 hopes to become one of the leading companies in this industry domestically.
Around 64.17% of the funds obtained from the IPO will be used for business development, while the remaining 35.83% will be allocated as working capital to increase datacenter capacity whose needs are increasing.
Founded in 2010, AREA31 has become the first datacenter service provider with Rated 3 Facility certification with ANSI/TIA 942-B standards and ISO/IEC 22237 Availability Class 3 & Protection Class 3 certification in ASEAN. AREA31 is committed to providing reliable, safe, and trusted datacenter infrastructure services, by guaranteeing a service level agreement (SLA) of 99.982% or only 95 minutes of downtime per year, and supported by a power supply of 25 MW.
