The Cash Management Academy, established in 2019, focuses on equipping Vocational High School (SMK) students with the skills and knowledge required in the cash and ATM management sector. This program is designed to prepare graduates to play an essential role in supporting the smooth operation of financial services through practical training that meets industry demands. Students are taught to manage various key aspects, from ATM management to cash management efficiency.

With an industry-based learning approach and modern facilities, the Cash Management Academy is committed to producing competent professionals who are ready to face the challenges of the workforce. FOCUS AREA

Cash Processing Center

Focus area in handling secure cash processing and storage. Ensure that all cash transactions are managed efficiently, maintaining overall accuracy and accountability. Committed to protecting financial assets and supporting smooth cash flow management for the organization.

Cash In Transit

Dedicated to the safe and efficient delivery and collection of cash. Handling money distribution with the highest level of security, ensuring timely and accurate transfers. With a focus on reliability and professionalism, ensuring that cash is transported safely to and from designated locations, as well as supporting smooth financial operations.

Replenishment

Responsible for the efficient and safe replacement of ATM and CRM machine cassettes. Ensure that all machines are loaded with currency to guarantee uninterrupted service for customers. With a focus on accuracy and security, handle the cassette replacement process quickly and efficiently, maintaining the smooth operation of the ATM and CRM network to support financial needs.

First Level Maintenance

Responsible for providing fast and effective minor repairs to ATM machines, ensuring they operate at peak performance. With a focus on fast response times and technical expertise in order to restore machines to full functionality with minimal downtime.

Cash Management Academy

Learning Academy

The academic learning program lasts for 6 months, focusing on relevant materials to prepare participants for vocational roles in cash management and ATM companies. During the program, participants will learn the technical and operational skills needed to work effectively in this industry, ensuring they are ready to face the challenges and opportunities in the field.

Practice Class

The practical classes are designed to sharpen students' skills before they undertake internships at cash management and ATM companies. Through these practical sessions, students will gain hands-on experience in applying the knowledge they have learned, while deepening their technical and operational understanding required in the industry.

Soft Skill Learning

Before starting the program, participants will be provided with soft skills training to equip them with essential interpersonal skills, such as communication, teamwork, and time management. This material aims to give participants a better understanding of the dynamics within a company environment, enabling them to adapt more easily and effectively.

Physical Exercise

Physical training is an essential step in preparing participants for their internships at cash management and ATM companies. This program is designed to improve participants' physical fitness, ensuring they have the stamina and endurance needed to perform tasks on the field. With a focus on fitness and physical readiness, this training aims to prepare participants to work optimally in a company environment that demands physical activity and resilience.

Driving Class Learning

The driving class is part of the learning designed to shape participants' driving skills, in order to prepare them for apprenticeships in CIT (Cash-in-Transit) or RPL (Replenishment) positions. Through this class, participants will learn safe and efficient driving techniques, which are highly required in operational cash management tasks. With focused training, participants will be prepared to face challenges in the field and perform professionally in CIT and RPL positions.

Candidate Review

This is the final step in the selection process, where a thorough review of the candidates is conducted before they start their work activities in the company. At this stage, we assess the qualifications, skills and readiness of each candidate, selecting those deemed most promising to join and contribute effectively to the company. This process ensures that only the best candidates are selected to undergo vocational training and be ready to face the challenges in the industry.
