NDCA VOCATIONAL INDUSTRY CLASS 2025

Conducted over 4 months, this Industry Class Academic program is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of critical aspects of data center management. The learning process is structured into three phases: guide-paced learning with materials provided on the LMS, mentoring sessions with facilitators/tutors to explore the material further, along with Q&A sessions, and evaluation through quizzes and exams on the LMS.

On-the-Job Training program Conducted for 6 months. During this program, participants will be directly involved in data center operational activities. Each week, participants will be given specific tasks designed to develop their technical skills, such as inspecting and controlling various critical data center equipment. Participants’ performance will be evaluated regularly by mentors based on predetermined performance indicators.
