Academy Classes
The Academy Classes are a four-month program at vocational schools and polytechnics that provide participants with the fundamentals of data center operations through LMS-based and facilitator-led learning.
On-the-Job Training (OJT)
The OJT is a six-month practical training at data center industry partners where participants gain real work experience under mentor supervision.
Ready-to-Work Talent Pool
Graduates who complete both Academy and OJT are placed into the Ready-to-Work Talent Pool with professional certifications and proven industry experience.
Work Placement
Work Placement is the contractual employment stage where industry partners may recruit graduates from the Talent Pool based on performance and organizational needs.
Nusantara Data Center Academy talents are equipped with global data center certifications, including 4 module completion certificates from Nusantara Academy, 16 certificates and a Data Center Technician (DCT) credential from DCD Academy, and 1 On-the-Job Training certificate from industry partners. These global credentials serve as strong proof that they have successfully completed international-standard data center training and certification programs.
