We are proud to announce that Nusantara Data Center Academy (NDCA) has been featured and recognized by Channel News Asia (CNA) in a report spotlighting the rapid growth of Indonesia’s data center industry. As demand for skilled talent in the data center sector continues to surge, driven by the expansion of digital infrastructure, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence across the region, the need for a strong and industry-ready workforce has never been more critical. Nusantara saw this gap early and took action. Through a structured vocational training approach, NDCA actively bridges the gap between education and real industry needs, equipping participants with both foundational knowledge and hands-on experience that meets actual industry standards.
Founded in 2022, NDCA was built with one clear purpose: preparing future-ready talent for Indonesia’s data center and digital infrastructure ecosystem. The program weaves together classroom learning, practical training, and direct industry exposure so participants graduate not just with knowledge, but with the confidence and competence to hit the ground running.

More Than a Program, Real Impact
The impact of NDCA is best seen through the journeys of its participants themselves.
One of them is Azka Algian Putra Bahari, a 19-year-old who joined NDCA’s vocational program in 2024 as part of its first cohort. Before entering the program, he had no prior exposure to the data center world. It was understandable that he felt uncertain about his own abilities when faced with such a technical and specialized learning environment. But gradually, as the program progressed, Azka began to build his understanding of infrastructure systems, data center operations, and concepts that had once felt completely foreign. Guidance from instructors and a supportive learning atmosphere played a key role in his journey.
“At the beginning, everything felt unfamiliar, especially the technical terms. But over time, I learned step by step and started to get used to it,”
