Nusantara Data Center Academy Batch 1 Graduation: Celebrating the Achievement of 17 Vocational Class Graduates

Cikarang, 27 September 2025 – Nusantara Academy proudly held the Graduation Ceremony of the Nusantara Data Center Academy (NDCA) to celebrate the achievements of 17 graduates from the Industrial Vocational Class program. The event took place on Saturday, 27 September 2025 at Primebiz Hotel Cikarang, bringing together education, industry, and community stakeholders in a moment of recognition and appreciation.

The ceremony opened with a keynote speech by Mr. Erick Hadi, Founder of Nusantara Academy, highlighting the importance of vocational digital skills to meet the growing demands of the data center industry. Welcoming remarks were also delivered by Dr. Rina Parlina, Head of Regional Education Office III of West Java, Ms. Arina Dafir, Microsoft Community Affairs Manager for Southeast Asia, and Mr. Muhammad, representing partnering schools and polytechnics. Each emphasized the critical role of collaboration in building a strong ecosystem for future-ready talents.

The event was attended by On-the-Job Training (OJT) partners, NDCA facilitators, representatives of partnering schools and polytechnics, as well as parents/guardians of the graduates. Their presence underscored the joint commitment to bridging education and industry needs.

During the ceremony, Nusantara Academy presented awards to outstanding individuals and partners:

  • Best Participant: Moch Azka Algian Putra Bahari
  • Best Facilitator: Mr. Sapari
  • Best OJT Partner: DCI Indonesia

These awards recognized dedication, hard work, and exceptional contributions that have shaped the success of the program.

 

Government Appreciation to Industry Partners

A highlight of the event was the presentation of a certificate of appreciation from the West Java Provincial Government, represented by Dr. Rina Parlina, to Microsoft, represented by Ms. Arina Dafir. The award acknowledged Microsoft’s invaluable support in implementing and advancing NDCA’s vocational program.

The graduation of 17 participants marks not only the completion of their vocational training but also the beginning of their professional journey in the digital and data center industries.
