The Vocational Academy is a program from Nusantara Data Center Academy aimed at developing young talent for the local data center industry. The program consists of four stages: (1) Academic Program lasting 4 months to understand data center management, (2) On-the-Job Training 6-months program for practical experience and skill development, (3) Participants become part of the talent pool after training, and (4) Work Placement, where participants may be contracted by companies to apply the skills they have learned.
