Data Center Industry Vocational Class

This Data Center Industry Vocational Class is designed to produce ready-to-work workforce in the Indonesian data center industry. Participants will go through two stages: Academic and On-the-Job Training at data center companies. 

The Academic Program

Conducted for 3 months, this Industry Class Academic program is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of critical aspects of data center management. The learning process is structured in three phases: self-study with materials provided on the LMS, mentoring sessions with facilitators/tutors to delve deeper into the material, and evaluation through quizzes and exams on the LMS. 

The On-the-Job Training Program

On-the-Job Training program Conducted for 6 months. During this program, participants will be directly involved in data center operational activities. Each week, participants will be given specific tasks designed to develop their technical skills, such as inspecting and controlling various critical data center equipment. Participants’ performance will be evaluated regularly by mentors based on predetermined performance indicators.

The Data Center M&E and Cybersecurity learning session teach participants about the Internet of Things (IoT), the history of SCADA systems, cyberattacks on control systems, and the Stuxnet case study.
