- ID Card/Driver's License/Passport Photo (with a visible photo, full name, and nationality) is required for registration.
- OpenCam, with the face, including the mouth, visible and looking forward while speaking.
- There is zero tolerance for cheating; if proven, the individual will be blacklisted for 2 years.
- Plagiarism is not allowed (taking someone else's test or admitting someone else's test results).
- During the speaking test, notes are allowed but cannot be read continuously.
- The use of other gadgets is prohibited. No other person is allowed in the room.
- The use of a translator is prohibited.
- After registration, the ID is valid for 1 year (non-refundable), and the results are valid for 2 years from the date of the test results.
- If agreed to send the results to an institution, test-takers need to request the institution that registered them to view the results (results may not be sent directly to test-takers).
- Assessment will be completed within 24 hours (unless there are indications of cheating).
- It may take up to 5 working days for speaking tests.
- If you leave during the exam, you can re-enter and continue (Time is still running even if you still leave the platform).
Individual test-takers can make payments directly to our accounts.
If you take certification in large quantities, such as for several employees for example, we will send quotation and invoice that can be paid in IDR or USD
